Willpower Cookies
Today I share an old recipe from my old recipe box. This one comes courtesy of my working days at the oil company. One day someone brought in some delicious cookies, I begged for the recipe and "Viola"... here it is. They are called Power Cookies but I am renaming them "Willpower Cookies" as in I have no willpower against these cookies. Also, I should mention they make more cookies than should be legally allowed. 180 (that's one hundred and eighty people). Freeze and gift right away. If you are coming over in the next year, guess what cookies you will be eating... that's right.

2 tsp. baking soda
4. 3 c. uncooked oats
